What damages are available for Wrongful Death?

In a wrongful death claim you are entitled to the damages outlined in ORS 30.020. The damages include medical bills and other special damages, the decedent’s pain and suffering, the pecuniary loss to the estate, the pecuniary loss to the beneficiaries of the estate, the beneficiaries loss of society and companionship, and punitive damages.
